Little Canada, MN – Vision Remodeling announced today that they have added a new sales director to their staff. Therese Kemp will lead the new business development and sales activity for the company, working closely with CEO Todd Polifka. Kemp will also provide production support and project management for the company, building on her rich background in residential remodeling.

Kemp joins Vision Remodeling from SuperBuild, where she acted as program manager. In her role, she provided training, leading, and coaching to employees.
Kemp has over 20 years of experience in the construction and residential remodeling industry, and has held various positions at prolific businesses including HouseLift and Scherer Bros Lumber Co. She consistently exceeded her sales goals and grew company profits. Her background in administration, customer service, project management, sales, and training round out her broad experience and knowledge base.
