April 14, 2010 – Minneapolis, MN Kitchen Window announced today that Jacques Henry, the fifth generational family member to run Emile Henry, the highly respected French Ovenware company in Marcigny, France, will share his story, his recipes and his insights into French ceramics and cooking at an afternoon Pie and Coffee event and an evening cooking lesson and five course dinner.

Who: Jacques Henry will join a panel of judges to find the best pie. The wining pie baker will win an exclusive prize pack valued at over $500.00

What: French Wine Dinner with Jacques Henry
Get hands on experience cooking a French Wine Dinner featuring five courses of traditional French cuisine with Jacques Henry. Attendees receive family style dinner, cooking lesson, an Emile Henry pie dish and a menu card (both signed by Jacques Henry) and a French recipe booklet.
When: April 24, 2010 6:30 – 10:00 pm
Cost: $75.00 per person
While at the store in the afternoon, Henry will give a presentation on how the popular Emile Henry Flame-top ovenware and tableware pieces are created. All products are made from all natural material and crafted from the same burgundy clay that has been used to make this ceramic ware for over a century and a half.
